Neurovisual patients should select Neurovisual/Concussion Initial Assessment-1st Appointment (and 2nd Appointment for the subsequent appointment). Existing patients can choose from 6-week Review, 3-month Spectacle Review or Subsequent Review. Other consultation types are available following consultation with your treating optometrist.
