Select Neurovisual/Concussion Initial Assessment-1st Appointment (and 2nd Appointment for the subsequent appointment).

Existing patients
Choose from 6-week Review, 3-month Spectacle Review, or Subsequent Review. Other consultation types are available following consultation with your treating optometrist.

Collecting or choosing new glasses, or looking to have a repair or adjustment made? These appointments are not charged to the patient, but appreciated to ensure that our clinic staff are available to serve you at your preferred time.
